Job Title:
Account Executive

Job Description:
The Account Executive is responsible for selling IMI professional services within a designated territory to targeted accounts. This position is based in Waltham, MA.

Job Requirements:

  • Work with management to identify and strategize blended solutions/business initiative opportunities
  • Minimum first year achievement of $850,000 revenue
  • Achieve targeted monthly/annual booking and revenue goals
  • Achieve a minimum performance level of 80% of goal
  • Develop customized client proposals, blended solutions, and presentations
  • Establish a working relationship with all 50 targeted accounts as a trusted advisor
  • Successfully work in a team environment selling in conjunction with the consulting, training and software products and services
  • Comply with weekly reporting requirements using sales management reporting systems
  • Timely and accurate updates of all sales pipeline activities in CRM

Minimum Qualifications include

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/analytical discipline
  • Five years selling intangibles or large consulting related services
  • Ability to sell high level, leading edge concepts
  • Proven sales track record designing and implementing customized solutions for clients within assigned territory
  • Highly skilled in a solution selling environment
  • Experience selling to executive level management in Fortune 1000 companies
  • Strong business acumen or business development experience
  • Strong professional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Adept written communication skills, and
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products and sales automation software.

 


 

Job Title:
Jr. Technical Writer/ Information Architect

Job Description:
Seeking junior-level technical writer or information architect with 2-5 years of experience to work on a variety of projects. You must have worked on documentation projects (including school projects) for a variety of types of documentation media and formats. You must be able to work on a team and take direction from senior personnel. You must be able to provide project samples and references. This position is based in Waltham, MA.

Job Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates who have

  • Experience using structured writing and reusable content
  • Experience in instructional design or other structured content or training development
  • Specific experience working in new media delivery formats
  • Experience writing policies and procedures and ability to understand business and regulatory environments, and
  • Willingness to work with and as part of a geographically dispersed documentation development team.

 

 

Job Title:
Business Development Specialist


Job Description:
The Business Development Specialist is the sales liaison responsible for communicating with new and existing clients and promoting growth. This position is based in Waltham, MA.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • work with management to identify and strategize blendeded solutions/business initiative opportunities
  • assist with customized client proposals, blended solutions, and presentations
  • successfully work in a team environment selling in conjunction with the consulting, training and software products and services
  • comply with weekly reporting requirements using sales management reporting systems, and
  • timely and accurately updates of all sales pipeline activities in CRM.

Minimum Qualifications include

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • ability to sell high level, leading edge concepts a plus
  • motivated to succeed and advance
  • experience with selling training, professional services, and software
  • understanding of solution selling
  • familiar with content management systems and concepts
  • demonstrable ability selling to various levels of management
  • business development experience
  • ability to excel in a sales team oriented environment
  • strong professional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • adept written communication skills, and
