Here are the answers to the most common questions we receive about attending our learning programs:
Cancellation Policy
Q: What is Information Mapping's cancellation policy for public programs?

- receive a refund of the course cost (the registration fee is non refundable)
- assign a replacement person to the same course (a new registration fee will be charged), or
- register the same participant to another future course (a new registration fee will be charged).

If the participant does not show up on the day of the class, no refund will be given. Information Mapping reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. Please consider this policy when making flight arrangements. If a program is cancelled, you will receive immediate notification and your full course fee and registration fee will be refunded.
Payment Policy
Q: What is Information Mapping's payment policy for public programs?
A: Prepayment for all public program registrations is required. Information Mapping accepts all major credit cards, checks, or purchase orders.
Dress Code
Q: What is the suggested dress code for Information Mapping's public programs?
A: We suggest "Corporate Casual" attire for all of our public programs.
Program Hours
Q: What are the hours for Information Mapping's public programs?
A: Information Mapping's public programs run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Since each day is a full day, please arrive in time and make your travel arrangements accordingly.
