Cheri Hager
 Cheri is a Project Manager/Senior Content Architect with over 15 years of experience in accounting, customer service, healthcare, technical writing, process design, training, and supervision.
Before joining Information Mapping, Cheri worked for a major healthcare benefit provider. She held multiple positions including Technical Writer/Process Design Specialist, Trainer, and Supervisor.
Cheri holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in International Business and is pursuing an MBA. Cheri is a member of Delta Mu Delta, the National Honor Society in Business Administration. She also has both HIA (Health Insurance Associate) and MHP (Managed Health Professional) certifications from the HIAA (Health Insurance Association of America).
Audrey Mascarenhas
 Audrey is a Consulting Manager with over 10 years experience in project management, instructional design, multimedia, and web development. She has extensive experience in managing and developing instructional material, computer and web-based training programs, job aids, and train-the-trainer programs.
Audrey has worked with clients in the government and private sector in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, and information technology. She has worked on projects in a number of countries, giving her the ability to manage diverse teams and coordinate remote development.
Audrey has a bachelor's degree in applied art, with a specialization in audio/visual communication.
Noel McDonagh
 Noel, Director of Professional Services has provided project management for many customized training solution projects in a diverse cross section of industries. With over 10 years of experience, Noel has extensive experience in professional skills, business, and software and development applications.
Additionally, Noel has managed the design and development of custom solutions for ERP systems, developed technology-based training materials for clients, and managed the design and production of web sites, web based training, multimedia and video based training.
Kristen Merritt
 Kristen, Director of Professional Services, has managed, designed, and developed large-scale initiatives involving content assessment and architecture, information strategy, and instructional design for a variety of government, petro-chemical, life sciences, and service-related industry clients. Prior to relocating to IMI headquarters, she managed all logistical and quality aspects of several extensive and complex government engagements. In this role, she facilitated collaborative analyses of the client's workflow, process, and content, implemented effective information solutions, and transferred the skills necessary to maintain and manage the initiative to ongoing success.
Prior to joining Information Mapping Kristen spent five years as senior instructional designer for a health care information systems (HCIS) company charged with establishing an integrated, Web-based training library of online tutorials, training presentations, and HTML documentation in order to prepare clients to use over 30 HCIS applications.
Kristen received a bachelor of science in molecular genetics and a bachelor of arts in rhetoric from The Ohio State University.
Fran O'Brien
 Fran is a seasoned knowledge management professional with extensive experience designing and implementing business strategies and system solutions. Currently, he is a Director of Professional Services.
Fran began his career by earning a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Yale University and continuing his education at the University of Texas' Graduate School of Business. He has worked with several major consulting organizations developing and implementing business information strategies for companies in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, and Energy industries.
Linda Rentmeester
 Linda, a Senior Content Architect, has 10 years of extensive experience in consulting, designing, developing, and managing instructional programs including, mentoring and coaching trainers into Instructional Design application, as well as, providing expertise to other trainers and designers in the design process and in the documentation of technical instructional materials.
Prior to joining Information Mapping, Linda held positions as, instructional designer, supervisor of training, and benefits analyst with a health insurance organization, which has 40 locations throughout the United States.
She is currently a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Linda received a Bachelor's Degree from Lakeland College.
Robert Varisco
.jpg) Robert is a Content Architect with over 15 years' experience in project management, educational technologies, instructional design/development, and information mapping. His work has cut across many fields, from cultural resource management and other non-profits to pharmaceutical, energy, financial services and petroleum pipeline industries.
Robert has a BAS degree in anthropology and english from the University of Delaware, an MA in English from the University of North Carolina, an MS in instructional design & development from Lehigh University.
